There are days when gratitude practice feels minuscule and pointless—but I know it’s not. It is on those days that I need it the most. I know deep down that each moment I experience is such a blessing.

Select One Spiritual Nugget to Inspire Your Day

Let’s tell the truth. Unknowing has value. It interrupts the arrogance of thinking we can grasp the divine with language or logic. But over time, it can become a hiding place. Dismissing all form as illusion risks ignoring the very life that demands our presence. Saying yes to the fullness of our humanity—without sorting, editing, or spiritualizing—is a far riskier path. Yet it grounds us. It asks us to stay, to name what is real, to accept contradiction without collapse. This is not transcendence, but incarnation. We are these bodies, these roles, these emotions, these moments. All of them. Each one held in awareness without judgment. You get to be both vast and particular, formless and gloriously made. The sacred doesn’t arrive after negation. It is what’s here. Yes to all of it.

Go now, held in the truth that you are both vast and particular, formless and gloriously made.
